Métis Duo
Synonymous with the meeting of cultures, Duo Métis is formed by Luis González and Antoine Guerrero, two musicians from different countries with similar artistic paths. Their paths crossed in 2017 in Seville, and it was in 2021 in Paris that they created this duo.
They have performed in France and Spain with various repertoires for different festivals, educational concerts, as well as programs such as Young Talents or Les Concerts de Poche.
They made their debut at the «Palau de la Música Catalana» in Barcelona on September 30, 2023.
Au bord des mots – On the edge of words
With this project, Antoine et Luis share with us their passion for French and Spanish melody, through works of composers Gabriel Fauré, Enrique Granados and Manuel de Falla.
Thus, the two musicians create an intimate universe through a magnificent repertoire for the saxophone (who tries to imitate the human voice), but also for the guitarist, who is at the same time an accompanist, a soloist and an orchestra.
Concert duration: 60 minutes.

Tristorosa
The words «triste» and «rosa» have the same meaning in Portuguese and Spanish: an emotion and a flower.
Heitor Villa-Lobos united them in the title of a waltz, and we believe that this new word (Tristorosa) evokes in a special way the wonderful mix of melancholy, beauty and rawness of life in Argentina and Brazil.
In both countries song and poetry are part of everyday life, and the guitar is the ideal instrument to convey their profound messages.
Concert duration: 60 minutes.
